And why does that matter?

Well, operating a virtual agency allows us to team up with excellent complementary partners from anywhere in the world – so we can offer a full range of services to you – all while keeping our overhead (and stress levels) lower than if we were to invest in a physical office space and hire employees. We then get to pass those savings on to you, friends.

The moral of the story? You get top-notch creative work at prices sweeter than the bigger agencies have to charge. Yay us! We all win! Who’s sleeping easy tonight? Spoiler alert: we are.

  1. DOING THE LEG-WORK. Great branding comes only after the initial phases are done. First we work to understand your business’s goals, do a competitive analysis, figure out our strategy and research your industry. Then we get to work on the design.
  2. BUILDING LASTING RELATIONSHIPS. The better we get to know one another, the better and more concise our work for you will become. We want to see your business soar, and we know that killer, consistent design is a very important piece of the puzzle.
  3. CONTINUING TO IMPROVE OURSELVES. Trends, tech, and culture are constantly evolving, so we put the time in to stay on the top of our game. We’re contstantly learning and listening. We do that so we can be the best at what we do. And we aim to be the best at working with you. Period.

We believe in doing the research, open-ended questions, deep-dive exploration and the power of creative thinking to transform outcomes.
We believe that every design problem has an interesting solution.
We believe in the power of partnering with other outstanding problem-solvers to build a strong team.
We believe in listening and learning and ever-growing.
We believe in the transformative power of great design.
We believe that it is in our uniqueness that will we find our greatness.

Hey there. I’m Diana. As the founder and creative director of Marcoon Creative Design, the most important things you need to know about me are three-fold:
1. I won’t stop until you love it. The team and I will work our hardest to understand your vision for your brand. We know that we only look good when YOU do. Your success is our success.
2. I have a background in marketing, psychology, and art – a trifecta of knowledge and experience from which to draw YOUR perfect designs.
3. I listen a lot. I ask a lot of questions. Why? Because the better I know and understand your business, the better equipped I am to fulfil your branding needs. You have a business to run. Let me handle the design.

With my background rich in design and product development, brand creation and building, and psychology and counselling, I lead a team uniquely qualified to walk with you through the design processes – whether it’s helping you define your brand’s identity, designing a new or refreshed website or landing pages, or designing perfectly eye-catching print projects, we’re here for YOU. I GET what your clients are looking for – because we do the research. Oh, and site useability is a BIG deal to me.

I studied Fine Art and Illustration at Bard College in New York, Graphic Design at Western Connecticut State University, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology at University of South Florida. I’ve worked professionally as an artist and as a counselor. And if awards and accolades are important to you, I’ve earned several of those for outstanding artistic achievements, too.

I wield a mighty pen, a penchant for trying new things, and a passion for creating unique design that draws from emotion, an artistic eye, and my background in understanding the psychology behind our “whys.”

I successfully co-founded Onya Baby, a baby carrier company based on my original sewn baby carrier design, which I patented, as well as corresponding accessories. The carrier design came as a response to my first child’s needs – she needed to be held all the time – and to a need I saw – namely, a super comfortable baby carrier with a built-in travel seat. The carrier is now manufactured and distributed globally. At Onya Baby, I built a cross-channel social following of nearly 50,000 followers, organically, through careful content curation, strong visual elements, and a strong brand voice.

All that is to say, I’ve been through the brand-development process and understand it intimately. I learned a great deal about finding and developing brand voice and visual identity, and have brought that knowledge to new brands in the process of developing their own unique visual identity

Where do I find the greatest joy in working with YOU? I get that in seeing your business evolve and succeed with the help of outstanding design.
